All Online Orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase, using our Preferred Checkout Method.
All Telephone and/or In-Store Orders are subject to a 10% Deposit at the time of purchase. Full payment of the outstanding balance is required within 3 days of purchase via EFT Bank Deposit. Credit Card Payments Visa, Master Card and AMEX fees and charges apply.
Spas Direct has a strict Cancellation Policy in place, in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws. In the event of a Customer wanting to cancel their order for whatever reason, a full loss of all monies paid will be applicable. Spas Direct will ONLY consider a refund if a supply issue arises after 14 weeks from the date of order. This will need to be approved by the Board of Directors on a case by case assessment.
Any agreed refund will take 60 days from the time of approval, and will be refunded via the same method as first paid by. Spas Direct is not responsible or liable for any further claims against the Cancellation or Refund.
SUPPLY ONLY BASIS POLICY
Spas Direct is a direct to public company, meaning that we do not offer in-home installation or delivery service. Spas Direct is a retail outlet and can not offer advice on Permits, Fencing, Council requirements, or Installation. We will gladly refer customers onto a Delivery Partner who can provide a contracted delivery service.
Spas Direct offers Layby's for up to 12 months. It is your responsibility to make the regular lay-by repayments either weekly, fortnightly or monthly and ensure your lay-by is paid in full within 12 months of the invoice date.
Failure to make payments when they are due will be treated as a cancellation of the lay-by. Spas Direct is not required to contact you before canceling a lay-by for non-payment. If your lay-by is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund of any monies paid.
Once your lay-by has been paid in full your spa will be ordered. You can, however, notify us earlier if you would like your spa by a particular date.

LOCAL COLLECTION / PICK UP
Spas Direct offers Customers Free Local collection from our Depot located in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne & Perth.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to arrange collection or delivery once the product is available at the warehouse. The collection is required within 7 days. In the event that the item is not collected within the allocated time frame, Spas Direct will apply a storage charge to the account. This must be paid prior to collection.
The Current Storage Charge is 3.5% of the total order value, per month.
Customers are encouraged to speak with their Sales Consultant if they require long term storage solutions. Spas can be unallocated if Customers do not require their Orders for 7+ Days. This will avoid additional Charges; however, orders are then subject to Stock Availability and restrictions.
All Customers collecting their Spa from our Depot Locations are required to unpack the spa and inspect it for any signs of physical imperfections/ damages and ensure it is the correct colour and item purchased. Failure to do so may result in any claims against damages to be rejected. All Customers are required to sign an acceptance that the goods are taken in good condition.
DELIVERY POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Delivery is not included in the purchase price and will need to be paid for prior to all depot deliveries. Home Deliveries can be paid directly to the drivers on the day of delivery.
Spas Direct cannot guarantee a fixed date of delivery for any spas being sent to a Local or Regional Depot. Home Deliveries will need to be booked and confirmed directly with the drivers by the Customer. All prices quoted for Home Deliveries are estimates only and are subject to confirmation by 3rd party.
Spas Direct does not provide any transit Insurance and highly recommend you consider purchasing this at your own cost.
We would like to remind all Customers to obtain transit Insurance, to ensure the safe arrival of their Spa.
Spas Direct can ship to any Depot Location within our distribution network via our friends at Bigpost.com.au. Fees and Charges will apply, please ask us for a free quote.
Spas Direct cannot guarantee a fixed date of delivery for any spas being sent to a local Depots.
SPAS, SWIM SPAS, OR PLUNGE POOLS DISPATCHED WITH BIGPOST AFTER 20TH NOVEMBER 2020 MAY ARRIVE EARLY JANUARY 2021 Due to Peak season.
Please note that spa purchase prices do not include Home or Depot Delivery. Delivery is an additional service that must be paid for.
Spas Direct offers a Metropolitan Home Delivery Service from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne & Perth. Our Home Delivery Service is contracted out to professionals who are trained and experienced in handling Large Bulky Items. Delivery is curb-side only, however, Spas may be put into position pending access and safety. Customers are asked to have additional helpers on the day to assist the driver.
Delivery in Most Metropolitan Locations starts from only $400 for all standard size spas. Delivery for our Swim Spas can also be arranged from only $1300.
Metro Delivery is considered to be 50 KLM each way (100 KLMS return) Additional fees will apply* All Delivery Charges are quotes only and are subject to confirmation with 3rd party contractors.
Spas Direct asks Customers to pay for their Home Delivery directly to the delivery companies or driver(s) on Delivery.
Customers are responsible for the unpacking of their spas and disposal of all packaging, boxes, bubble wrap, timber framework and /or any crates. Spas Direct or our 3rd party contractors will not be held liable for disposal any of the above.
Customer can ask their Driver on the day of delivery if they have the availability to assist them with the removal of packaging or rubbish, however at a cost of $400.
Customers are required to notify Spas Direct of any damages within 24 hours of receiving their goods. All claims outside of this period will not be accepted.
Transit insurance can be purchased prior to the collection of your spa. The cost for transit insurance is $250 per item. There is an insurance excess fee of $400 in the event of a claim.
CLEAN SPA BEFORE USE
New Spas and Swim Spas may need to be cleaned before use as they are quite often stored in the warehouse for long periods before dispatch, Due to heat and humidity spa may become stained while stored. Please ensure the shell and jets are cleaned before filling with water.

Here at Spas Direct, we put Safety First. We recommend that all spas are installed according to your local state and government requirements. Spas Direct will not take any responsibility to check with your local authorities regarding Permits, Fencing or requirements.
Spas Direct is Factory Direct to Public and holds stock in our Depot Locations around the country. However, from time to time we may run out of stock due to popular demand and require to order more. Most times Lead times are only between 12 to 16 weeks however in peak periods this may extend to 26 weeks.
Spas Direct will not be held responsible for any external factors such as but not limited to: "Acts of God, War or War like activities, Pandemic, government restrictions ".
Please ensure you check our stock availability with your Sales Consultant prior to purchasing to avoid disappointment.
Any Order Placed after 30/09/2020 will be ready in our warehouse after 01/01/2021 for dispatch unless noted on your invoice as a stock item.
Spas Direct Includes Lockable Hard Covers on Selected Spas. Covers are covered by a 12 Month Defective Workmanship Warranty. Covers may fade if they are unprotected and visible by the Sun (as the UV) will over time discolour the Spa Cover.
10 AMP LEADS
Spas Direct Includes a 10 AMP lead on selected Spas. Extension cords are not to be used, this will void any Warranty on the product. If the lead length is not suitable please contact a qualified electrician to either fit a longer lead or hard wire the spa.
Spas Direct Includes an ABS Base on Selected Spas and Swim Spa. The ABS Base is a removable item that is designed to protect the internal equipment and piping from damage during transit, in the case of the ABS Base receiving damage during transit, the base can then be removed before the Spa or Swim Spa is placed in position. Spas Direct will not replace the ABS Base and it is not included in the Parts Warranty. It is at the Customers Discretion to remove the ABS Base from their Spa or Swim Spa.
ECO-WOOD EXTERNAL CABINETS
Spas Direct and our Manufacture only produce our Spas with Light Grey Coloured Cabinetry. Due to the nature of the material, it is difficult to guarantee that every spa using this Eco-wood will have the exact shade of colour. Batch to batch variation can occur, so it is important that Customers Understand that all images on our website, social media, brochures, and display stock are only used as a guide. Spas Direct is unable to Order any other cabinetry colours or accommodate custom colour configurations.
Eco-Wood Cabinets may fade if they are unprotected and visible by the Sun (as the UV) will over time discolor the Spa Cabinet.

Spas Direct has a range of images online for Customers to view prior to purchase. Although we do our very best tp provide accurate images, colours may vary from our digital media to the physical product. Spas Direct Loves giving back to the community and from time to time will run a "WIN A SPA PROMO" By entering your details into our give away, you will be asked a series of questions that will need to be answered. Your responses will be judged by a review panel and judged based on the responses entered. By entering our give away you agree to share your name, phone number & email address. Winners will be notified by phone or email and their details may be displayed on our website and social media platforms. By entering you agree to share an image of you and your new spa which we may use for marketing purposes. You agree to accept marketing promotions via email and /or txt. You may opt-out at any time after you have received at least one form of marketing correspondence.
The winning entry will receive a Sunspa Deluxe + Extras Pack. The total value of the giveaway is $4980. The winner must arrange own collection from a Spas Direct Collection point at their own cost. Delivery can be arranged at the winner's own cost.
The "WIN A SPA PROMO" Runs a few times throughout the year and will entries will be judged at the end of each promotion.
Spas Direct reserves the right to use any image of you and your new spa that posted via social media, email, or mail. Entrants Automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
Spas Direct uses Social Media platforms such as Facebook or Instagram to advertise, communicate, and liaise with new and existing customers. Customers Sharing Images, Comments, and other forms of communications via our Social Media channels are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
All Images, Comments, and Communications may be used for advertising campaigns, promotions, and for any other purpose Spas Direct may choose. Customers are advised not to share images, comments, or private messages unless they agree with the above Terms. Spas Direct may change these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
This warranty period commences on the date of delivery/collection and covers defective components. Labour is limited for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery/collection. This Warranty is Non- Transferable and only extends to the original purchaser.

We charge travel at a rate of $1.25 plus GST per km travelled in one full round trip base back to base less the allowed 40km inclusion zone when outside the designated service zone. All travel expenses should be paid directly to the approved service company completing the warranty work.
