Is it difficult to install a Spa? Where’s the best place to
put it?


The answers to these questions are dependent on each individual situation, but the
bottom line is that a spa is easy to install. In general, a spa can be installed in a few
hours by the client. There normally is no set up and no plumbing required.




I hear that taking care of a Spa is difficult. Is this true?


Taking care of a Spa or Swim Spa is very easy. We understand that you are looking
to purchase a spa to relax and not add one more thing to your “to-do” list. That’s why
every Spa with the Ozone system reduces the maintenance required.
All Spas Direct Cabinet are maintenance free and need no painting or varnishing.




Are Spas energy efficient?


Yes. Every Spa is built to Australian standards. All deluxe Spas have foam
insulation, the insulation is sprayed onto the shell of the deluxe spas and expands to
cover the shell ensuring you have the most energy efficient spa on the market.
Deluxe Spas also have a high quality insulated, locking cover that reduces the
running cost of your spa or swim spa.




Does my Spa or Swim Spa need to have any special
plumbing installed?


No. You will never need any special plumbing run your new Spa. All you need to do
is use a garden hose to fill it up. Your spa or swim spa also has an easy-to-access
drain fitting that you can attach a garden hose to when you need to change the
water.




What type of power does a hot tub require?


Most Spas or Plunge pools need between 10 -32 amps single phase power. Our
standard deluxe spa only requires a standard 10-amp power point.
